The "Something Borrowed" Closet at Wolf Oak Acres

Wolf Oak Acres has been hosting weddings for several years now.

During this time, we've had several hundred couples come through our doors.

They have shared their most memorable moments; from vows, first dance and first kiss as newly married partners, with us. We have been truly blessed and honored to host so many wonderful families and special celebrations here at our facility!

One thing we have found true for all of our events, all of our families welcome the extra help and offerings of "free" items that can be used for their day. Costs add up quickly for weddings - and rental fees, decor, and those special touches that just make the event customized and unique to each couple can create a lot of extra costs not usually expected or anticipated.

In the beginning, we had our own items we offered our couples to help "fill in." We started collecting a vast array of antiques, signs, and vintage decor that our couples could take advantage of. So many of our families and couples appreciated these extra "goodies" that they began leaving items of their own to help "pay it forward", and donate to other future couples for their "Something Borrowed". Our closet has evolved over the years, been cleaned out, updated, and added to continuously.

"The Something Borrowed Closet" has become one of the highlights of the venue, allowing our couples to know there are always items here that can be taken advantage of to help keep down costs, add some extra personal touches, and give you some swoon worthy pinterest envy decor to customize your event.

Linens + Napkins

For all of our 2021 couples and beyond...we will be including the option for you to use our ivory linens and a choice of navy, burgundy, or black napkins in your day of rental.
